eXp Realty's ISA Department

We had the pleasure of chatting with Juli Inman, the manager of eXp Realty's ISA Department, who uses eXp World 2.0 to train and collaborate with her team virtually. The ISA Department qualifies and moves agent leads through the pipeline. With eXp World 2.0, she has been able to train her growing team and walk them through any questions or concerns they might have as if she were right next to them. Using our platform, she can see what her team is working on, whether they're on a call and assist them as needed, which is more efficient than Google Meets or Zoom. The training for her remote team previously took place with other collaboration platforms where she had to set up a meeting, share screens and be more patient with the learning styles of her team. After hearing about Frame, she quickly learned and implemented it into her business. She has been using it for a few months now and has dramatically improved her trainings, meetings and saved a great deal of time during the process. Juli ensures her ISAs' day-to-day anxiety is reduced by guiding them through the process. They can easily pop into her room and share their screens with Juli, thus eliminating misunderstandings and increasing efficiency.
