Frame helped Dialog create a virtualised digital customer experience centre where not only were the products and services showcased, but it also provided frontline customer support where Dialog agents were live during operational hours to provide support using private audio zones. They also provided minor engagement activities to engage users, this included providing free data (Spin the wheel, hosted as an iframe game) and some soft giveaways. This innovative virtual store experience demonstrated how brands can create memorable, interactive shopping experiences in the metaverse.
