Carrefour held a recruitment event inside of Frame with a large session and then breakout talks with candidates. They used our "Resort" space and elegantly applied Carrefour branding to it to make their own HR metaverse. This innovative approach to recruitment allowed Carrefour to evaluate candidates in an engaging, memorable setting while showcasing their forward-thinking company culture. The virtual space enabled both large-group presentations and intimate one-on-one conversations with potential hires.
