The Frame beta is still in testing phase and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We know it has issues and bugs. The primary purpose of the beta test is to obtain feedback on what is working, what's not working, and product performance. You are advised to safeguard important data, to use caution, and to only cautiously rely on the correct functioning of the beta product as you understand it. This product will be changing rapidly.
By signing up for Frame, you opt in to being contacted via email with marketing/product updates. You can opt out at any time.
Frame uses a few services to help us understand how people use Frame and the problems they might encounter as they use it. We do not store passwords or record voice or video.
3. Your Profile, Assets, and Frames: When you make an account and begin using Frame, there will be data associated with your user account like your profile info, the assets you bring into Frames or your inventory, and some user settings.
You can email us at any point at email@example.com to see what data we have that is linked to your user account. We don't share or sell this data to any third parties.
VirBELA retains ownership of all proprietary rights in Frame and in all trade names, trademarks, and service marks displayed within it. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, or otherwise reduce to human readable form any software associated with Frame. Proprietary rights include any patent, trademark, service mark, copyright, moral right, know-how, or any other intellectual or industrial property rights, whether or not registered.
Your use of others’ content and information posted inside Frame is at your own risk. Others may offer their own products and services through Frame, and we aren’t responsible for those third-party activities. There are ways that you can restrict your Frames so that only certain people can view them or so that only those with a password can view them. That said, by using Frame, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Frame generally does not review content provided by our Members or others. You agree that we are not responsible for others’ (including other Members’) content or information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our Services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. If you allow a third-party app or site to authenticate you or connect with Frame, that app or site can access information on VirBELA related to you and your connections. Third-party apps and sites have their own legal terms and privacy policies, and you may be giving others permission to use your information in ways we would not. Except to the limited extent it may be required by applicable law, Frame is not responsible for these other sites and apps – use these at your own risk.
You agree that You will not use, and will not permit any End User to use, the Services to: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code of the Services; (ii) knowingly or negligently use the Services in a way that abuses, interferes with, or disrupts VirBELA’s networks, Your accounts, or the Services; (iii) engage in activity that is illegal, fraudulent, false, or misleading, (iv) transmit through the Services any material that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties; (v) build or benchmark a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions or graphics of the Services; or (vi) use the Services to communicate any message or material that is harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, would violate the intellectual property rights of any party or is otherwise unlawful, that would give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation; (vii) upload or transmit any software, Content or code that does or is intended to harm, disable, destroy or adversely affect performance of the Services in any way or which does or is intended to harm or extract information or data from other hardware, software or networks of Frame or other users of Services; (viii) engage in any activity or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Services, or any servers or networks connected to the Services or Frame's security systems. (ix) use the Services in violation of any Frame policy or in a manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam, export control, privacy, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations and laws requiring the consent of subjects of audio and video recordings, and You agree that You are solely responsible for compliance with all such laws and regulations.
VirBELA reserves the right to limit your use of the Services, including your ability to contact other Members. VirBELA reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if VirBELA believes that you may be in breach of this Contract or law or are misusing the Services (e.g., violating any aspect of these Terms of Service).
VirBELA is a company that aims to put its members first when it comes to making important decisions. Millions of professional conversations and shared insights are being exchanged every day on VirBELA's Services. To ensure these discussions help our members be more productive and successful, VirBELA has put in place these Professional Community Policies outlining the activities that are acceptable on the Services, and what is inappropriate and may be stopped by VirBELA. These rules are intended to provide guidance and restrictions governing your use of, and participation in, our Services.
Unlike some other online services, our members need to be real people, who provide their real names and accurate information about themselves. It is not okay to provide misleading information about yourself or your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements on our Services.
We acknowledge the value of discussions around professional activities and ask our members to behave professionally by not being dishonest or inappropriate. When creating content on the Services, we ask that you follow our Publishing Platform Guidelines and keep your content professional, relevant, and on-topic. Do not share false information or use the Services to shock or intimidate others. And it is not okay to share graphic, obscene, or pornographic content on the Services.
We strive to maintain a safe and friendly community for our members. The Services shouldn't be used to harm others or their career or business prospects or to air personal grievances and disputes. It is not okay to use the Services to harass, abuse, or send other unwelcome communications to people (e.g., romantic advances, sexually explicit content, junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing schemes). We do not allow hate speech acts like attacking people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, political or religious affiliations, or medical or physical condition. Also, hate groups, terrorists, and those who engage in violent crimes are not welcome and not permitted on the Services.
Respect Others' Rights and Follow the Law
Before sharing or using someone else's copyrighted works, trademarks, private information, or trade secrets, please make sure you have the legal right to do so. The Services should not be used for illegal activities, promoting illegal products or to violate the rights of others. Don't use the Services to commit fraud or to try to trick others. Also, don't use the Services to intentionally distribute viruses, worms or other software that can destroy or interrupt others' data or computer devices.
Respect VirBELA's Rights. Don't violate the rights of VirBELA. It is also not okay to suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by VirBELA when you are not. Do not violate our intellectual property rights, scrape the Services, or interfere with or disrupt the Services.
